SLED is a fitness app built by Rocco Digital LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with a mailing address at 4860 Washtenaw Ave Ste I PMB 2023, Ann Arbor, MI 48108. SLED is designed for Total Gym and incline trainer users who want a simple, consistent strength training tool.

In the SLED app (iOS):

• Your first name (used to personalize the experience)
• Your body weight (used to estimate resistance)
• Your workout history, rep counts, and progression level

This data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to Rocco Digital's servers. It may be included in your device's iCloud backup, subject to Apple's privacy policy and your iCloud settings. There is no account or login required.

On wayofsled.com:

• Standard web traffic and analytics data via Cloudflare and Umami (IP address, browser type, pages visited) — used for site performance and analytics only. Umami is a privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics service.
• Your email address, if you sign up for the waitlist or newsletter — collected and stored by Beehiiv

• To power the automatic rep progression system
• To personalize motivational messages with your name
• To display your workout history and milestones
• To improve website performance (Cloudflare and Umami analytics)

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond running the app.

SLED is available as a subscription ($4.99/month or $39.99/year · 7-day free trial). Subscriptions are managed and billed through the App Store. We never store your credit card or payment details directly.

Subscription management is handled by RevenueCat, a third-party service that processes App Store receipt data to verify your subscription status. RevenueCat receives anonymous device identifiers and Apple transaction data for this purpose. No personally identifiable information is shared with RevenueCat. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings.

• Cloudflare — website hosting and analytics. Subject to Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Umami — privacy-focused, cookie-free website analytics. Subject to Umami's privacy policy.
• The App Store — app distribution and subscription billing. Subject to Apple's privacy policy.
• RevenueCat — subscription verification. Receives anonymous device identifiers and App Store transaction data to validate subscription status. Subject to RevenueCat's privacy policy.
• Beehiiv — newsletter email platform. If you subscribe, your email address is stored by Beehiiv and used to send you updates about SLED. Subject to Beehiiv's privacy policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.

All app data is stored on your device. You can delete it at any time by uninstalling the app or using the "Reset All Progress" option in Settings.

Cloudflare and Umami web analytics data is retained per each provider's standard retention policies.

SLED is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data including access, correction, and deletion. Since app data lives on your device, you have full control over it. For any other requests, contact us at the email below.

We do not sell or share personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). California residents may contact us at [email protected] to exercise any applicable rights.

We may update this policy as SLED evolves — especially before introducing any account or billing features. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version.
