SLED is a fitness app built by Rocco Digital LLC, based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. SLED is designed for Total Gym and incline trainer users who want a simple, consistent strength training tool.

In the SLED app (iOS):

• Your first name (used to personalize the experience)
• Your body weight (used to estimate resistance)
• Your workout history, rep counts, and progression level

This data is stored locally on your device only. It is not transmitted to our servers. There is no account or login required.

On wayofsled.com:

• Standard web traffic data via Cloudflare (IP address, browser type, pages visited) — used for site performance and analytics only

• To power the automatic rep progression system
• To personalize motivational messages with your name
• To display your workout history and streak
• To improve website performance (Cloudflare analytics)

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond running the app.

If SLED introduces paid features or a subscription model, payment processing will be handled by a trusted third-party provider (such as Apple's App Store or Stripe). We will never store your credit card or payment details directly.

We will update this policy before any billing features are introduced and notify you of changes.

• Cloudflare — website hosting and analytics. Subject to Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Apple App Store — app distribution. Subject to Apple's privacy policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.

All app data is stored on your device. You can delete it at any time by uninstalling the app or using the "Reset All Progress" option in Settings.

Cloudflare web analytics data is retained per Cloudflare's standard retention policies.

SLED is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data including access, correction, and deletion. Since app data lives on your device, you have full control over it. For any other requests, contact us at the email below.

We may update this policy as SLED evolves — especially before introducing any account or billing features. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version.
