Common questions

Everything you need to know

What is SLED?

SLED is a progressive training app for the Total Gym cable and incline system. It gives you a complete workout every session — no planning, no guesswork. Just show up and do the reps.

Do I need a Total Gym to use SLED?

Yes. SLED is built specifically for Total Gym and compatible incline cable machines. It uses your machine's incline levels to calculate estimated resistance and guide your progression.

How does the progression work?

SLED tracks your reps across every workout. When you hit 20 reps, it levels you up — you raise the incline on your machine and reset to 10 reps. The cycle repeats, getting harder over time.

What's the difference between Workout A and Workout B?

SLED alternates between two workouts. Workout A focuses on chest, back, biceps, triceps, legs, and core. Workout B hits pull-ups, shoulders, hamstrings, single-leg squat, and rotational core. Together they train your full body across the week.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 7 days free, then $4.99/month or $39.99/year. Cancel anytime in your iPhone Settings under Subscriptions.
