SLED is a fitness app built by Rocco Digital LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with a mailing address at 4860 Washtenaw Ave Ste I PMB 2023, Ann Arbor, MI 48108. Questions? Contact us at [email protected].

SLED is a paid app available by subscription:

• Monthly: $4.99 per month
• Yearly: $39.99 per year (~$3.33/month)
• Free trial: 7 days, then the selected plan begins automatically

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.

All billing is processed by Apple. Rocco Digital LLC does not have access to your payment information.

New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. The trial begins when you confirm your subscription in the App Store. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the selected subscription plan.

Free trials are available to new subscribers only. Apple determines trial eligibility based on your Apple ID history.

SLED is licensed to you, not sold. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial fitness purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to extract or scrape workout data from the app

SLED provides a structured workout program and resistance estimates for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. You assume all risk associated with use of the app. Rocco Digital LLC is not responsible for any injury, health outcome, or loss resulting from use of SLED.

Resistance estimates in the app are approximate and based on published Total Gym charts. Actual resistance varies by machine, cable angle, and user weight.

All workout data is stored locally on your device. We do not back it up to our servers. If you delete the app or reset your device without a backup, your data is lost. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

All content in SLED — including the workout system, progression logic, design, and copy — is owned by Rocco Digital LLC. "SLED," "Way of SLED," and related marks are property of Rocco Digital LLC. You may not use them without written permission.

SLED is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocco Digital LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of SLED is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms as SLED evolves. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
